Complete Diagnosis

The Complete Diagnosis is an analysis of your existing QuickBooks setup and records. We will provide you with a report of the good, the bad, and the ugly along with our recommendations for moving forward. 


During a Diagnosis, our QuickBooks experts conduct an in-depth inspection, covering:

AR - We will help you clean up your past dues, fix processes, and monitor your receivables.

Business Entity Creation

New Business Formation Package for LLC - $450

LLC Operating Agreement - $100 

  • Even if you are a single member LLC, it is best practice to have an Operating Agreement. In case your LLC is sued, having an Operating Agreement shows that your LLC is operating properly and helps maintain your personal liability protection.


S-Corp Election - Form 2553 - $85

  • Save on the self employment tax of 15.3% that partnerships, single member LLCs and sole proprietors have to pay by becoming an S-Corp.


Tax ID Number - EIN Application - $99

  • An application for an EIN, or Taxpayer ID number which is the corporate equivalent of a Social Security Number (SSN) for an individual. It is required to open a business bank account.


Resident Agent Service - $99/year

  • Every business requires a Resident Agent in order to accept legal documents on behalf of the company.  In some states, like Maryland, you can be your own Resident Agent if you have a Maryland address, but then your name and address are public record.  Our service puts our business name and address online to help protect your personal information.  

Quickbooks Online Setup

Our QuickBooks Setup services are designed to save you time while getting your books set up in an easy-to-maintain manner, including training you or your staff on day-to-day QuickBooks operations.


New Business QBO Setup - 

  • We set up your Chart of Accounts
  • Show you how to link your bank and credit card accounts
  • Provide you with printed materials with step by step instructions for the basics of what you'll need to get started and navigate the software


One time fee of $200


Existing Business QBO Setup - 

Our QuickBooks Setup is comprehensive. Here’s what we’ll do:

  • Study and evaluate your software and accounting needs
  • Design and set up a chart of accounts and the entire accounting package including payroll, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, etc.
  • Determine your QuickBooks starting date
  • Load your chart of account and balances as of that starting date
  • Prepare a list of the items that you sell to your customers. This list includes services, inventory parts, non-inventory parts, other charges and sales taxes
  • Enter your outstanding accounts receivable and accounts payable details as of your starting date
  • Enter your ending statement bank balances and outstanding checks & deposits in transit as of your starting date
  • Enter your transactions since your starting dates into QuickBooks
  • Train client or client staff in use of software to meet their accounting, management and tax needs


One time fee - Starts at $475, price is based upon amount of past transactions being entered.

Unlimited Support

This is for you DIY-ers!  Have a question?  Ask away!  This package buys you our experience and knowledge.  The package comes with a customized form to submit all questions and a guaranteed 24 business hour response time.


$175 - Price is monthly, one-year subscription required.


Note:  No physical adjustments or corrections will be made to your books.  This is for quick questions, guidance, and tutorials.  Any training that goes longer than 30 minutes will convert to a training session and be billed at $150/hour.
